Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Production & Operations Manager to join our team at E4E. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the seamless execution of events, from initial planning through to final delivery. You will manage all logistical, production, and operational elements, ensuring that each event is executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

The ideal candidate will have experience in event production, vendor management, team coordination, and a deep understanding of the event industry. You should be a problem-solver, able to manage multiple tasks, and thrive in high-pressure environments while maintaining the quality and integrity of the event experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Event Production Management: Oversee all aspects of event production, ensuring that all elements (e.g., stage setups, AV equipment, lighting, sound, and displays) are prepared and delivered according to the event plan.
Operations Coordination: Coordinate logistics, vendor management, and resource allocation to ensure the smooth execution of each event. This includes transportation, equipment, crew management, and materials.
Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of production staff, technical crews, and on-site personnel. Ensure that tasks are assigned appropriately and that all team members are aligned with event goals.
Vendor & Supplier Management: Negotiate contracts and manage relationships with third-party vendors, suppliers, and contractors. Ensure high-quality service and on-time delivery from external partners.
Budget Management: Oversee event budgets, ensuring costs are kept within approved parameters. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or client satisfaction.
Timeline Management: Develop and manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met. Work closely with the client and event planning teams to ensure that all milestones are achieved.
Problem-Solving: Address any on-site issues that may arise during the setup, execution, or breakdown of events. Make quick decisions to resolve problems while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
Post-Event Evaluation: Conduct post-event debriefs, assess performance, and gather feedback from clients and vendors. Use insights to refine future event production strategies.
Compliance & Safety: Ensure all events meet legal, health, and safety standards. Oversee risk assessments and ensure that safety protocols are followed during setup, execution, and breakdown.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of [3–5 years] of experience in event production and operations management, preferably within the event management, entertainment, or hospitality industry.

Skills:

3D Designer & Graphics Designer

Job Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative 3D Designer to join our dynamic design team Engage 4 Events LLP. As a 3D Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually striking and functional 3D models and renderings for various events, exhibitions, and activations. Your designs will help bring to life the ideas and concepts for our clients’ events, whether for trade shows, corporate events, or experiential marketing campaigns.
This role requires strong proficiency in 3D design software, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with other members of the design and event planning teams.

Key Responsibilities:

3D Conceptualization: Create detailed 3D models and renderings for event spaces, exhibitions, stage designs, installations, and other event-related visuals.
Collaborative Design: Work closely with the creative team, event managers, and clients to develop and refine design concepts, ensuring that all designs align with the event goals, brand guidelines, and client expectations.
Event Visualization: Provide accurate and realistic 3D visualizations of event layouts and concepts, helping clients and internal teams visualize the final event experience.
Material & Lighting Integration: Incorporate materials, textures, lighting, and other elements into designs to reflect real-world event environments and enhance the visual appeal.
Prototyping & Mockups: Prepare prototypes, mockups, and scale models of event designs for review and approval.
CAD & Technical Drawings: Develop technical drawings and schematics for construction teams, ensuring the design can be translated into physical installations and setups.

File Management & Revision: Maintain organized files, versions, and documentation of design concepts, ensuring smooth collaboration across the team and with clients.
Stay Updated on Trends: Keep up to date with the latest 3D design trends, tools, and event industry developments to provide innovative and cutting-edge designs.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of [2–4 years] experience in 3D design, preferably within the event management, exhibition, or experiential marketing industry.

Software Skills:
 o Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, SketchUp, Rhino)
 o Strong knowledge of rendering tools (e.g., V-Ray, KeyShot, Enscape)
 o Familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) is a plus
 o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for design presentation

Education: Degree in Architecture, Industrial Design, Graphic Design, or a related field is preferred.

Creative Skills:
